UOK Brighton & Hove Partners with Together Co to Manage Central Access Point

Posted on 17 December 2024

UOK Brighton & Hove, delivered by Southdown, is excited to announce a new partnership with Together Co, Brighton and Hove’s leading charity tackling loneliness and social isolation. Together Co will now manage the Central Access Point (CAP) for the UOK Brighton &Hove mental health support service, a vital resource for people across the city.

The UOK Brighton & Hove’s Central Access Point serves as the first point of contact for those in need of support and professionals making referrals, guiding people toward local mental health and wellbeing services. Together Co will integrate this service into their existing single point of access, the Connection Hub, which handles enquiries and referrals about Together Co’s services and other local support options. This integration aims to simplify access and ensure people can easily find the support they need.

Brooke Joyce, UOK Brighton & Hove Partnership Lead said:

“We are proud to partner with Together Co to ensure that those who need us have access to both mental health and social health services. The two are closely connected, and we are pleased to provide an integrated service that addresses the needs of our community.”

Emily Daniel, Head of Insight & Involvement at Together Co said:
