We are holding a free recruitment event at Brighton’s Jubilee Library in the Business and IP centre (BIPC).

Date of event: Wednesday, 5th March 2025, 10am – 4pm
Location: The Jubilee Library, Jubilee Street, Brighton, BN1 1GE

We’re looking to recruit Support Workers for our state-of-the-art flagship service in East Brighton. We are keen to meet people who are looking for an engagement between 21 – 37 hours.
The salary is £12.95 per hour + our comprehensive benefits package; including a Healthcare Cashback Scheme, an Employee Assistance Programme, and access to a Blue Light Card.

You don’t need qualifications or experience to be a support worker – you need to have a good sense of fun, a consistent approach and be able to stay calm under pressure.

What is the service like?

Southdown Court service is for six adults with learning disabilities, each client will have a purpose-built flat with a small garden. The clients have mainly moved out of long stay hospitals or school environments into the community.

What will happen at the recruitment event?
