In November 2024, Michael Barford joined Southdown as our Chief Finance Officer, working as part of our senior C-suite team.

Michael is a CIMA-qualified accountant with extensive experience across the commercial, non-profit, and public sectors, most recently for St Barnabas Hospice Group. He brings a wealth of senior leadership expertise in financial management, change initiatives, stakeholder relationships and governance, including recent experience working at interim CEO level.
