Matt Gough

In January 2025, Matt Gough joined Southdown as Chief Operating Officer, working as part of our senior C-suite team.

Matt has extensive experience across the non-profit and private sectors working in a variety of leadership roles, most recently as Head of Operations at Raystede Centre for Animal Welfare.  He brings with him expertise in strategic business planning, operational management, change initiatives, and stakeholder management.
