Recovery Specialist – Brighton

Have you worked with people with a range of mental health support needs and understand how this can impact on their housing, risk of homelessness, physical health and wellbeing? If so, this could be the role for you.
Discharge To Assess is a close-knit team where we support people to re-establish living back in the community after experiencing a mental health crisis. We offer short term support to individuals whilst working alongside their families, carers and other professionals to enable a successful recovery journey, focused on long term wellbeing.

Rolling rota including some working on some weekends
(Where applicable: weekdays 09:00- 18:30 /08.00-17.30; weekends 09.00-15.30)
This gives you the benefit of five days off in a row every five weeks (in addition to your annual leave entitlement and other regular days off).
Bank holidays paid at double rate.
