Mental Health Support Coordinator – Lewes & Brighton

Salary: £27,128 per year

Hours: 37 per week

Location: Brighton & Hove East Sussex

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Mental Health Support Coordinator to work in close partnership with Primary and Secondary Clinical Services and other key providers in the towns. These roles provide an integrated support pathway for clients and in particular clients who face more complex mental health situations.

This role will work alongside professionals in Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and GP’s to access and provide short-term support. You’ll work in partnership through a multidisciplinary team approach to identify and provide targeted mental health and holistic support.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a good understanding of working in mental health or equivalent transferable skills and a genuine passion for supporting people to explore their needs. You’ll receive a comprehensive induction followed up with regular training – we’ll invest in you to give you all the tools you need to succeed. You’ll join a supportive, flexible team and be working for one of the leading providers of mental health services in Sussex.
