The Brighton & Hove Recovery College, run by Southdown as part of the UOK Brighton & Hove mental health partnership, is inviting local residents to its Open Day. It’s a great chance to explore how education can support recovery and personal wellbeing.
The College offers free, short courses that are co-designed and co-delivered by people with lived experience of mental health challenges, alongside health and social care professionals. The courses cover a range of topics including self-care, managing anxiety, creative expression, and building confidence.
The Open Day will offer you the chance to:
- Meet friendly tutors and peer trainers

- Apply for the summer term on the day
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to take steps toward better mental health, meet others in the community, or simply learn something new in a supportive environment.
