Job Description: 37 hours per week Southdown is a successful and award-winning supported housing and care provider, operating across Sussex. We are looking to appoint a Digital Solutions Project Manager to manage key digital projects across the organisation. The projects will focus on bringing about organisational improvements through digital transformation to drive efficiency and improve client, colleague, and tenant experience. Our upcoming project roadmap includes system implementations across HR, workforce planning and the recording of client care plans digitally. This role will manage some of these projects and will work with the Head of Improvement and Impact to drive continuous improvements and support the implementation of our internal project framework. This is a key role that will ensure our digital initiatives are effectively planned, cost controlled and communicated to the organisation to ensure benefits realisation. Technical Premiums are applied to roles where external benchmarking shows a variance of more than 5% from the market average.
