Title: Head of Improvement and Impact

Michael was appointed our Head of Improvement and Impact in September 2024 after previously being in the role of Manager of Digital Solutions since June 2024.

Prior to joining Southdown Michael worked as a consultant to the healthcare industry, developing digital sales and educational materials.

As Head of Improvement and Impact, Michael’s role has a strong digital focus and addresses service improvement and new service design.

He says, “I’m committed to working with the team to ensure we are as effective as possible, enabling us to best serve our clients, tenants, and colleagues. I’m delighted to work with colleagues across Southdown, bringing digital technology to bear that allows us to spend time on what really matters, spending time with people and providing the highest quality of care.”
