Eve Clennell

Eve was appointed as our Head of People and Experience in September 2024. She has over 25 years of experience working as a generalist practitioner within human resources. Throughout her career, Eve has worked across various industries, organisational sizes, and sectors, bringing a broad range of experience to Southdown.

Eve is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), holds a Diploma in Coaching, and is accredited by the British Psychological Society in ability testing and personality profiling. She also holds a green belt in Lean Six Sigma.

As the Head of People and Experience, Eve leads Southdown’s People function, creating and delivering strategies that enable Southdown to achieve its organisational goals and aspiration to be Brilliant with People.
