Israel-Gaza conflict: Looking after your mental wellbeing

Southdown is deeply concerned about the unfolding Israel-Gaza conflict and our thoughts are with all those affected.
We recognise that witnessing incredibly distressing images in the media can be profoundly upsetting and disturbing. We encourage everyone to take steps to manage their wellbeing during these challenging times. This could include practising self-care, being in the community with others, and seeking support.
