Tony’s background is in the Public and Social Housing sector, and he has held the positions of Group Director of Organisational Development and Executive Director People at Orbit.  Tony is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (FCIPD) and has developed and led a number of change programmes, including at the Home Office.

Tony is passionate about making a difference to people’s lives and has a personal commitment to achieving business results that make a real difference to residents and customers. He is delighted to join Southdown’s Board and to be able to use his professional skills and experience to provide effective governance and to support the organisation as it drives forward it’s refreshed business strategy.

Tony joined Southdown’s Board in September 2022.
