Carol took up the role as Manager of Operational Support in September 2024, having previously worked in a range of roles at Southdown.
Previously, Carol worked as CQC Compliance Manager for our learning disability services across Sussex, Operations Manager for our East Sussex mental health services, and Contract Manager for an East Sussex housing support service we provided.
As Manager of Operational Support, Carol oversees activities that enable operational functioning such as Health & Safety, compliance, facilities, and customer complaints. The role sits alongside the Head of Learning Disability and Head of Mental Health and Housing Support, and is an important conduit between operational services, housing and central services.
