Sharon Clare

Sharon has worked with people with learning disabilities for over 20 years. A qualified learning disability nurse, she has worked in the private sector and the NHS in a variety of roles, including monitoring services for people with learning disabilities living in out-of-county placements and responsibility for regional directly provided services.

Sharon joined Southdown in 2001 as an Area Manager and has played a key role in taking the Learning Disability Division through a period of significant growth and development.
